All deliveries within the UK are sent out via Royal Mail Special delivery next day. This is a secure delivery service which is guaranteed to be delivered the next working day after posting. The delivery time is for UK mainland destinations only, please contact us before you place an order for any of the UK Islands as these usually take longer to arrive. Your parcel will need to be signed for so please make sure that you are able to take delivery before you place your order.

All International orders are sent out via Royal Mail International Signed For which is available to most world-wide destinations. This is a secure and compensated delivery service that also needs a signature on delivery.

Packaging
Small prints are wrapped in tissue paper then sandwiched between heavy-weight corrugated cardboard before being wrapped in kraft paper for added protection. Some larger prints may need to be rolled and posted in cardboard tubes in order to comply with Royal Mail parcel dimension limits.

All delivery costs quoted are for parcels that meet the Royal Mail postal dimensions and weights.

Any print which cannot be rolled that exceed these dimensions will need to be quoted for individually. Please contact us for a quote before placing your order.

Expected delivery times:
UK Next day: within 24 hours of posting
Western Europe: 3 working days
Eastern Europe: 5 working days
Rest of World: 7 working days
These are optimum delivery times. For some destinations parcels may take longer to arrive.

Returns and Refunds
We are happy for you to return a print that does not meet your expectations as long as it is returned to us in perfect condition. For secure delivery, please use a postal service that is compensated or requires a signature. Once we have received your print(s) we will either offer you a replacement print or a full refund of the print value (excluding the packaging and postal costs).
